Participation Requirements:
Immigrant Status
You should be an immigrant, as your diverse background and unique experiences have contributed to your success as a C-Suite executive.
Career Level
You must be at a C-level position, such as CTO (Chief Technology Officer), CFO (Chief Financial Officer), CIO (Chief Information Officer), COO (Chief Operating Officer), CCO (Chief Compliance Officer), CKO (Chief Knowledge Officer), CSO (Chief Security Officer), CDO (Chief Data Officer), or CMO (Chief Marketing Officer).
Career Duration
Your career as a C-Suite executive should span a minimum of three consecutive years, demonstrating your sustained commitment to driving your organization's success.
Mentorship
You should be willing to mentor others, sharing your knowledge, experiences, and insights to help develop the next generation of leaders.
Active Role
You must hold an active role at the C-Suite level as of December 31, 2023.
Reporting Structure
You must report directly to the CEO of your organization.
